The person who answer the phone was really kind , nice and professional, the problem was whit the appointment it was... supposed to be for a Monday nobody came or call to cancel the appointment , I called again and they were supposed to come on a Wednesday only to tell me five minutes later that they don have a technician available until the end of the month why don’t tell me that since the first appointmentread more
